Duelly’s pedigree is full of champions and money earners.

A son of Velvet Hickory (grandson of Docs Hickory).

Sugar Bars and Doc O Lena on his papers.

Duelly is very quick and athletic. He had a month of training on him as a 3 year old before he got a bad wire cut. He was unable to be put back into training and has been used a breeding stallion since.

Duelly has sired some amazing foals that are athletic, catty and wanting to please. Athletic with a calm and quiet nature which we are super excited about.

Asking $2800,00.

Reference Sire

“Double Doc N Jack”

2003 14.3HH Red Roan Stallion (Gelded in 2013)
AQHA Registration # 4415626

“Reno” is a quiet, well mannered stallion that we bought as a stud prospect as a weanling. His sire was brought up from the L.A Waters Ranch in Texas and his dam was a great pro hazing horse. His pedigree is full of champions and money earners.

Reno is very cowy and athletic. He has had three months of training on him, which includes a month at Cory Weibe’s dragging calves. Cory has done a wonderful job with Reno and we have enjoyed getting out and using him. He is very athletic with a calm temperment and passes these wonderful traits to his offspring.

We are very happy with the foals that he has sired. Well built, beautiful babies with wonderful temperments. We are throughly enjoying training and riding the offsping that he has produced. They have turned out to be great saddle horses that can be used in many, many directions. From ranch work to showing, they are athletic, hard working horses with a calm and quiet nature.

*Update*

“Reno” was gelding in the fall of 2013 (as he was having sterility issues after being kicked by an outside mare).

He was rode for a couple months in 2014 by Cory Wiebe. He drug calves at brandings and checked cows.

He was then sold to Wes and Donna Chase from Selac, SK. They are really enjoying him and using him as a ranch horse for Donna to ride.

We miss Reno a lot, but know that he has gone to a wonderful home.

We are loving the foals that he gave us and look forward to what his daughters will produce crossed off on our new stallion “Duelly”.
